1. Information We Collect

When you use JobVault, you may enter:

• Customer contact details (name, company, email, phone, address)
• Job and task details (descriptions, dates, addresses, notes)
• Quote and invoice information (line items, pricing, customer details)
• Receipt records (vendor, amount, date, category, uploaded images)
• Your business profile information (business name, contact details, bank details)

You must ensure you have permission to store any personal data you enter about your customers and that you comply with your obligations under applicable data protection laws.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information stored in the App to:

• Provide and maintain the JobVault service
• Allow you to manage your customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, and receipts
• Generate quotes, invoices, and reports for your business use
• Authenticate your account and secure your data

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our cloud servers. Access to your account is protected by your login credentials. We do not store full payment card details — bank account and sort code information entered in your business profile is used only to display payment instructions on your invoices.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only accessible to you and any users you invite to your account. We may share data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You can export or delete your data at any time through the App. To delete all your business data while keeping your account active, open the App, go to Settings, and tap "Delete all data" in the Danger zone. This will immediately remove your business profile, customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, receipts, and tasks — your login remains active.

To permanently delete your account along with all associated data, use the "Delete account" button in the same section. This will remove all your data and sign you out.

If you no longer have access to the App, you may request account deletion by contacting us using the details in Section 8. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

JobVault is a business tool and is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App with an updated revision date.
